Job Summary

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- Significant experience leading small to midsized businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $30M
- At least eight years of hands-on business leadership as the actual operating CEO with full P&L responsibility
- Proven track record of personally leading a business through meaningful revenue growth, ideally from $500K to $10M+
- Experience in company-wide accountability for overall financial and operational performance
- Comfortable working directly with business owners to challenge assumptions and coach through difficult decisions
