Job Summary
To support small and midsized law firm owners, the full-time salaried CEO Advisor for Law Firms will meet regularly with clients to set growth targets, analyze financial performance, and provide operational guidance, all while working remotely from one of the eligible states.
Key responsibilities
- Meet regularly with law firm owners to establish growth targets and build actionable business plans
- Review financial metrics to identify opportunities for improving profitability
- Coach owners through operational challenges and hold them accountable for implementing solutions
Required qualifications
- Proven track record advising small business owners on strategy and financial performance
- Experience as an owner, CEO, or President with company-wide P&L responsibility
- Management experience in businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $30M
- Ability to demonstrate specific results achieved for business owners
- Understanding of the connections between pricing, margins, cash flow, and profitability
