Job Summary

Seeking a commercially exceptional CEO and Co-Founder, the full-time remote role will define the market wedge for an AI-native recovery platform, secure design partnerships, and build a founding team while driving product development and seed financing.

Key responsibilities

• Define the category and market wedge to position the platform effectively in regulated industries
• Secure lighthouse customers by establishing design partnerships with leading enterprises
• Build an AI-native product in collaboration with technical and product leaders, focusing on intelligent agent capabilities

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated success as a founder, GM, product leader, or early-stage operator in creating new products or markets
• Experience in building or commercializing AI-native enterprise software or customer experience platforms
• Ability to engage with senior executives and convert partnerships into durable customer relationships
• Fluency in AI-native product development and understanding of how various components produce reliable outcomes
• Strong instincts for consumer psychology and regulatory considerations in the finance industry
