Job Summary
Seeking a high agency, full-time CEO and Co-Founder who will lead Outpost in transforming technical vision into a category-defining company, driving commercialization and deployment of an autonomous infrastructure platform for multi-OEM robotics environments in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Set the north star and market entry strategy, defining Outpost's category and positioning
- Commercialize and deploy the platform by partnering with the CTO to develop MVPs and secure early revenue
- Build relationships with industrial manufacturers and ecosystem partners to establish a customer pipeline and secure strategic partnerships
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in hard-tech commercialization, particularly in industrial or robotics sectors
- Experience in GM-level operating leadership with measurable commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to build companies from zero-to-one, including market validation and customer acquisition
- Strong network within industrial manufacturing, logistics, or adjacent sectors
- Technical fluency in energy, power systems, AI, and robotics as they relate to real-world deployments
