CEO of Industrial Bottleneck Intelligence

Job Summary

To lead the launch and growth of a new venture focused on Industrial Bottleneck Intelligence, the full-time remote Cofounder & CEO will develop company strategy, recruit a team, and raise capital while managing all aspects of the business with support from Interplay's back-office resources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of a new company focused on Industrial Bottleneck Intelligence
• Define the company's strategy, vision, and go-to-market operational model
• Recruit the team and raise capital for scaling the business

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with prior leadership in a successfully exited VC-backed company preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
• Experience building or commercializing data, analytics, or AI-enabled intelligence products
• Demonstrated ability to raise institutional or venture capital
• Relevant industry experience in sectors such as defense, energy infrastructure, or supply chain
