Cerner Charge Services Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the implementation and optimization of Cerner Millennium Charge Services, the full-time remote Cerner Charge Services Analyst will manage charge capture, routing, and validation processes while collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate billing and revenue cycle functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Cerner Millennium Charge Services applications and related Revenue Cycle functionality
- Analyze and troubleshoot missing, incorrect, or duplicate charges and investigate charge errors
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into Cerner configuration solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent healthcare IT experience
- Experience supporting Cerner Millennium applications and knowledge of Charge Services or Revenue Cycle
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience with application configuration and testing in a healthcare setting
- Ability to participate in implementations, upgrades, and production support activities
