Certification Program Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing global partner certification program, the full-time hourly Certification Program Specialist will manage the end-to-end certification experience for partner candidates, including exam registration, scheduling, candidate support, and platform administration, while working remotely with the option to collaborate onsite in Seattle, WA.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage candidate registration, exam scheduling, eligibility, and exam delivery settings using Pearson VUE or similar platforms
- Serve as the primary point of contact for certification-related inquiries, addressing issues related to exam access and certification status
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between certification platforms, Salesforce, and partner portals
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in certification program operations or related fields, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
- Hands-on experience with Pearson VUE or comparable proctored exam delivery platforms
- Strong understanding of end-to-end certification operations, including candidate registration and credential issuance
- Experience managing integrations between certification platforms and enterprise systems
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integration tools such as Workato or Zapier
