Certified Auditing Services Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Certified Auditing Services Manager, the successful candidate will utilize coding and auditing expertise to manage a team of Coding Auditing Specialists, ensuring high client satisfaction through oversight of coding quality and production across various service types.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of auditors, ensuring they meet productivity and quality standards
• Conduct audits and provide training on coding guidelines while collaborating with the Leadership Team on client projects
• Participate in client interactions and oversee the scheduling of team deliverables and educational sessions

Required qualifications:

• National certification through AAPC or AHIMA
• At least 5 years of coding experience with previous supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to navigate various EMR environments and review handwritten charts
• Strong initiative and resourcefulness, with a high level of personal integrity
