Job Summary
Providing technical and educational expertise in permanent pacemaker technology, the full-time Associate Remote Care Specialist will review remote pacemaker transmissions, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and assist with onboarding new clinic customers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Reviews remote pacemaker transmissions and provides high-level service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Offers troubleshooting support for pacemaker transmission and connectivity issues
- Maintains documentation of transmission reviews and assists with the onboarding of new clinic customers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of work experience in healthcare
- Certified Cardiographic Technician certification (CCT)
- Extensive understanding of medical terminology
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other basic computer applications
- Outstanding work ethic and customer service skills
