Key responsibilities
- Receive and address incoming calls from members regarding benefits, care coordination, and program inquiries
- Accurately document calls and manage assigned member caseloads requiring short-term care coordination
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to communicate member needs and monitor screening processes
Required qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or relevant medical training/experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with good grammar and punctuation
