Job Summary
Delivering a structured multi-phase change management program, the full-time remote Certified Change Management Consultant will design and lead initiatives to drive adoption of M-Files across departments, while building delivery methodologies and supporting practice growth.
Key responsibilities
- Design and lead change management programs for customer implementations and expansions
- Establish governance processes to monitor change readiness, adoption signals, and resistance
- Build delivery workbooks, templates, and project plans to support practice development
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in enterprise software adoption
- Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, APMG International)
- Experience with M-Files or similar enterprise document management platforms
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and resolve workflow impediments
- Effective facilitation skills with experience in change communication and coaching programs
