Certified Coder Lead

Job Summary

Providing front line leadership, the full-time Lead Certified Coder Quality Assurance Operational Integrity will oversee quality assurance assessments and operational integrity reviews remotely, supporting stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure compliance across various insurance services.

Key responsibilities:

• Mentors and coaches senior QAOI professional staff while managing team assignments and workload distribution
• Educates leadership on risk management protocols and leads initiatives to drive operational efficiency
• Conducts quality reviews and generates detailed report findings for professional staff outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with 7 years in quality assurance, risk management, or auditing
• CPC certification is mandatory; CIA certification is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in leading meetings and coaching/mentoring staff
• Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services or experience in a heavily regulated industry
• Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn additional auditing technologies
