Job Summary
Reporting to the Pro Fee Quality Review Supervisor, the full-time Remote Pro Fee Quality Reviewer will assess and review medical record documentation and coding accuracy utilizing ICD-10 CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems, focusing on various specialties including orthopedics, radiology, and oncology.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review medical records for coding accuracy and compliance
- Utilize coding classification systems to ensure proper documentation and abstracting
- Collaborate with the coding team to maintain high-quality standards in coding practices
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- US Citizenship
- Active coding credential (RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, CIC, COC)
- 5+ years of coding or review experience
- Ability to adhere to client policies and procedures
