Certified Coding Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To support Radiology services, the fully remote Certified Coding Quality Specialist will ensure coding accuracy and regulatory compliance while reviewing and analyzing CPT and ICD-10 coding for radiology procedures, contributing to the financial health of the healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and modifier coding for radiology services
• Analyze clinical documentation to ensure compliance with coding and reimbursement practices
• Identify and resolve coding discrepancies and collaborate with colleagues to improve accuracy

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of relevant coding experience, preferably in Radiology
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare reimbursement practices
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
