Job Summary

To support clinical operations, the full-time Clinical Operations Lead will assist managers with clinical pends, provide over-read feedback, and ensure collaboration among cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist managers with clinical pends and over-read feedback
• Review daily reports for QA scores and manage manual assignments
• Facilitate collaboration for product release rollouts across teams

Required qualifications

• Current Coding Certification (CPC, CPC-P, CPC-H, CPC-I, CRC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA, etc.) through AAPC and/or AHIMA
• Minimum of 5 years coding experience, specifically in Medicare and Commercial Risk Adjustment
• Preferred experience in facility coding (OPPS/IPPS) and Health Plan Risk Adjustment Data Validation Audit (RADV)
• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
