Certified Coding Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a dynamic coding team, the fully remote Certified Coding Supervisor will manage client SLAs, oversee production planning, and ensure compliance with coding standards while leading new hire training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client service level agreements (SLAs) and oversee resource planning based on project scope
• Monitor quality performance and address challenges within the coding team
• Collaborate with other revenue cycle management areas and lead training for new hires

Required qualifications

• AAPC or AHIMA certification required (CPC, CPC-H, CCS, or CCS-P)
• Five to seven years of medical coding, billing, and management experience preferred
• Experience in anesthesia or surgical coding preferred
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees and clients
