Certified Construction Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Certified Construction Manager, the Sr. Program Director will manage business unit operations, provide technical leadership, and serve as the primary contact for client and subcontractor relations while ensuring project milestones are met.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison with clients, subcontractors, and government representatives for program-related activities
- Monitor project progress and implement preventative actions to meet critical milestones
- Prepare and present periodic reports on project and program activities to higher-level management and clients
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (or equivalent) and Certified Construction Manager with 20 years of experience, or 24 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- 15+ years of experience, including 3 years in a Senior Project or Team Leader role
- Experience with projects over $50M, including complex horizontal and vertical construction
- Certification in OSHA safety requirements completed within the last 3 years
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
