Certified Customs Specialist Analyst

Job Summary

To support client service teams, the full-time Certified Customs Specialist Analyst will manage day-to-day client interactions, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and maintain accurate tariff databases while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, providing daily support and ensuring compliance with customs requirements
• Create and maintain client tariff databases, ensuring accuracy for efficient processing and compliance
• Conduct internal audits and assist in reporting performance metrics for the Client Service Team

Required qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in customs brokerage or import/export operations
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent; Associate's Degree or post-secondary education preferred
• Working towards or completion of the Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation is required
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
