Job Summary
To support patients in managing their diabetes, the full-time Certified Diabetes Educator will provide educational resources and one-on-one communication through virtual platforms while working remotely from a dedicated home workspace.
Key responsibilities:
- Educate patients about diabetes treatments and resources related to their prescribed medication
- Engage in one-on-one communications with enrolled patients via telephone, video, email, and SMS

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or BSN
- 3+ years of experience as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
