Certified Elementary Tutor
Job Summary
Providing engaging virtual tutoring, the part-time Certified Elementary Tutor will deliver instruction to K-5 students in math and ELA using provided curriculum and interactive tools, working remotely from 6:00-10:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver live, virtual tutoring to students in one-on-one and small group settings
- Create a safe and interactive virtual classroom environment
- Adapt instruction to meet individual student needs and administer assessments as scheduled
Required qualifications
- Current, valid U.S. teaching license in General Education, Math, or ELA
- Availability Monday - Friday from 6:00-10:00 PM EST
- Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Prior online tutoring experience preferred
