Job Summary
To support a growing network of healthcare professionals, the remote Certified Epic Analyst will engage in advisory and consulting opportunities focused on patient access and revenue integrity, with varying work arrangements including hourly W-2 positions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations to optimize patient access operations and revenue integrity processes
- Provide expertise in Epic applications, ensuring effective implementation and support for clinical and revenue cycle functions
- Assess current-state operations and identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization
Required qualifications
- Current Epic certification with recent hands-on experience in relevant Epic applications
- A four-year bachelor's degree or approximately 20 years of directly relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated healthcare industry experience within patient access or revenue integrity
- Strong functional, operational, technical, or project-based knowledge in healthcare settings
- Consulting or advisory experience preferred for many engagements
