Job Summary

Serving as the subject matter expert for equity compensation, the full-time Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 will collaborate with Product Management and Software Engineering teams remotely to ensure accurate representation of equity plans in product design and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the equity domain expert for engineering and product teams, ensuring accurate representation of equity compensation concepts in system design
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define functional requirements for equity management features, including grant administration and tax compliance
• Translate complex equity plan rules and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable specifications for software development

Required qualifications

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 required
• 5+ years of experience in equity compensation administration or consulting
• Strong knowledge of global equity plan structures, tax compliance, and accounting standards (ASC 718)
• Experience working with software development teams or technology platforms related to equity management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
