Job Summary

Leading comprehensive facility operations for complex commercial real estate portfolios, the full-time remote Senior Facility Manager will ensure optimal building performance, operational efficiency, and exceptional client satisfaction while managing vendor relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee relationship, process, compliance, and budget management for large or multiple sites
• Develop and implement innovative programs and processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Lead facility teams and ensure compliance with safety, customer service, and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive facilities management experience in commercial real estate environments
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Business acumen including financial planning and analysis
• Ability to manage within budget and time constraints
