Job Summary

Leading a team of faculty in the Instructor Led Training department, the full-time remote Faculty Manager will be responsible for onboarding, mentoring, and evaluating faculty while ensuring quality academic advisement for students.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and mentor faculty, conducting regular team meetings and performance evaluations
• Assist in the development of faculty schedules and provide curriculum-related feedback
• Supervise faculty professional development and manage student survey completion and action plans

Required qualifications

• Current and valid AAPC Certification
• Prior teaching experience in corporate training, especially for adult students
• 3+ years of relatable experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience teaching online preferred
