Job Summary
Providing comprehensive financial wellness and retirement planning for large to mega clients, the full-time remote Certified Financial Planner will conduct personalized consultations, develop tailored financial plans, and build long-term participant relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans for retirement plan participants
- Conduct personalized financial planning consultations to assess participants' financial goals and needs
- Provide education on retirement planning, investment strategies, and financial wellness solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification
- Active FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations
- Minimum of three years of experience in financial services or the 401(k)/defined contribution retirement plan industry
- Minimum of two years of direct financial planning experience
