Certified Financial Planner Trainer
Job Summary
To support the development of financial planners, the full-time remote Senior Planner Training & Onboarding Manager will manage onboarding programs, facilitate training sessions, and drive career progression initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main operational liaison for planners' first 90 days, ensuring readiness and tracking performance indicators
- Facilitate career path training modules and upskilling practice drills to enhance planners' mastery of financial planning
- Train planning leaders on effective coaching frameworks and collect feedback to optimize training programs
Required qualifications
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
- 5-8+ years of experience in enablement, onboarding operations, or advisor development within financial services or fintech
- Demonstrated experience in training financial planners and managing career progression programs
- Deep understanding of financial planning concepts and advisor workflows
- Proven ability to utilize AI and modern tech tools to enhance operational efficiency
