Job Summary
Conducting weekly virtual coaching sessions, the contract Remote Health and Wellness Coach will provide skill-based support to K-12 students, helping them build specific skills and achieve concrete goals while working remotely from any location in the United States.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual coaching sessions with assigned clients
- Provide skill-based, short-term work focused on situational, developmental, or performance-based concerns
- Assist clients in building specific skills and reaching concrete goals around everyday challenges
Required qualifications:
- Coaching Certification
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience providing coaching, mentoring, or youth development support to K-12 students
- Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms
- Reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and internet connection
