Job Summary
As a Certified Health Coach on the NeverStop team, the remote contract position will guide adults aged 50+ through onboarding, help establish health goals, and provide ongoing virtual coaching to enhance their physical, mental, and social well-being.
Key responsibilities
- Guide members through enrollment and onboarding into the NeverStop wellness program
- Partner with members to identify, prioritize, and achieve personalized health and wellness goals
- Deliver coaching sessions via phone and video conferencing platforms
Required qualifications
- Certified Health and Wellness Coach with 2-5 years of coaching experience
- Experience working with adults in the 50-80 age demographic
- Training and demonstrated proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
- Experience conducting coaching sessions via telephone and video conferencing
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
