Job Summary

Seeking two experienced Certified Home Health Coders, the remote per diem positions will manage the review of patient records for accurate coding, audit OASIS assessments for compliance, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Review Home Health patient records for accurate ICD-10-CM coding and billing
• Audit OASIS assessments for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
• Identify documentation discrepancies and recommend necessary corrections

Required qualifications

• Current Medical Coding Certification - REQUIRED
• OASIS Certification - STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Strong proficiency in OASIS assessments and Home Health documentation
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding and Medicare Home Health guidelines
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience preferred
