Job Summary
To lead the development of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management solutions in a remote contract role, the Certified Maximo Lead Developer will design, implement, and customize Maximo applications while guiding developer teams and ensuring solution quality over a 12-month engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, and implement Maximo applications and enhancements across technical and functional areas
- Develop algorithms and optimize relational databases to enhance platform performance and reliability
- Create software development plans and coding standards to guide project execution and maintain quality
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management, including technical and functional expertise
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo 7.x application configuration, MIF, and Java customization
- Proficiency in Java and Python programming, along with Oracle PL/SQL development experience
- Certified Maximo Deployment Professional certification is required
- Experience leading developer teams and conducting code reviews to ensure software quality standards
