Job Summary
To lead the development of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management solutions in a remote contract role, the Certified Maximo Lead Developer will design, implement, and customize applications while guiding developer teams and ensuring quality across a large-scale federal enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, code, and implement Maximo applications and enhancements while managing application configuration and integration frameworks
- Develop algorithms and optimize relational databases to enhance platform performance and reliability
- Create software development plans and coding standards, ensuring alignment on quality and project execution
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management, including hands-on application configuration and support
- Proficiency in Java and Python programming, with Oracle PL/SQL development experience
- Certified Maximo Deployment Professional certification required
- Experience leading development teams and conducting code reviews
- Familiarity with federal enterprise systems or prior experience in supporting Maximo environments is a plus
