Job Summary
To support a large-scale federal enterprise environment, the remote contract Certified Maximo Lead Developer will design, develop, and implement IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management solutions while guiding developer teams and ensuring quality and reliability of the delivered solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, code, and implement Maximo applications, enhancements, and configurations
- Develop algorithms and optimize relational databases for platform performance and scalability
- Create software development plans and technical strategies to guide project execution and quality assurance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management, including technical and functional expertise
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo 7.x application configuration and support
- Proficiency in Java and Python programming, along with Oracle PL/SQL development experience
- Certified Maximo Deployment Professional certification required
- Proven ability to lead developer teams and conduct code reviews
