Certified Medical Assistant

Job Summary

To support a growing telemedicine team, the full-time Certified Medical Assistant will serve as a primary point of contact for patients, coordinate care with providers, and maintain accurate patient documentation in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients receiving telemedicine care
• Work closely with telehealth providers and clinic teams to coordinate seamless patient care
• Prepare, update, and maintain accurate patient documentation in the EHR

Required qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant certification required
• Previous experience in telemedicine, virtual care, or clinical coordination is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Genuine passion for helping patients and providing compassionate care
