Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time hourly Certified Medical Assistant will manage scheduling, engage in remote patient monitoring, and maintain accurate patient records while working remotely within specified hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule and coordinate medical appointments between patients and healthcare providers
• Participate in Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or relevant clinical experience preferred
• Previous experience in remote patient monitoring, telehealth, or care coordination is a plus
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and virtual communication tools
• Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA guidelines
