Certified Medical Assistant
Job Summary
To support a growing virtual care team, the full-time Certified Medical Assistant will manage patient care for chronic conditions, conduct health assessments, and coordinate care remotely while communicating fluently in English and Korean.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a panel of up to 225 patients, providing monthly care and support via phone and electronic communication under physician supervision
- Perform structured health assessments and follow patient care plans, recording all interactions electronically
- Create electronic alert escalations and notify physicians or nurses regarding changes in patient status based on clinical rules
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Must legally reside and work within the United States
- Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, or LVN credentials required
- Highly skilled in using computers, software, and remote technology
- Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) or Chronic Care Management (CCM) is preferred but not required
