Key responsibilities
- Receive and respond to prescription refill requests through various communication channels
- Verify the validity and accuracy of prescription refill requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years' experience in a retail pharmacy
- Extensive knowledge of Medicare Part D, including pharmacy record review and billing rules
- Current, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant certification
