Certified Medical Assistant Coordinator
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Certified Medical Assistant Coordinator, the full-time remote position will manage enrollment calls for new patients in the remote patient monitoring program, guiding them through setup and providing technical support.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial enrollment calls and explain the remote patient monitoring program to patients and caregivers
- Walk patients through the setup of remote monitoring devices and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Verify and document patient information in the EHR/RPM platform while coordinating with clinical staff for a smooth onboarding experience
Required qualifications
- Current certification as a Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Prior experience with remote patient monitoring, telehealth, or virtual care programs
- Experience with EHR systems and enrollment or intake workflows
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize a variable daily workload
