Certified Patient Access Supervisor

Job Summary

To ensure effective operations in patient access, the full-time Certified Patient Access Supervisor will coordinate staff activities, oversee training, and manage daily productivity while working remotely across the nation.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinates registration duties and monitors staff productivity to ensure compliance and excellent customer service
• Reviews performance metrics and provides coaching to staff, focusing on productivity and upfront collection processes
• Assists in developing departmental processes, conducts staff training, and manages schedules to optimize efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Certified Healthcare Access Management (CHAM) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification
• 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or a business field
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Working knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and hospital billing
• High degree of analytical ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office
