Certified Pharmacy Navigator

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Certified Pharmacy Navigator, the position will work remotely Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is responsible for guiding customers through pharmacy care options, coordinating benefits, and supporting medication optimization initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Navigate customers through pharmacy care and benefits, ensuring understanding of costs and coverage options
• Act proactively on behalf of customers regarding complex benefits, referrals, and prior authorization processes
• Support the Medication Optimization initiative by engaging with members identified with non-optimal medication use

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a health care related field or equivalent associate's degree with 3 years' experience in a health care setting
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and medications
• Proficient in customer service, care delivery, and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and internet-based resources
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and resolve customer issues
