Job Summary
To support a growing pediatric practice, the remote Medication Support Navigator (Certified Pharmacy Technician) will manage clinical pharmacy referrals, assist with medication access for pediatric patients, and collaborate with healthcare teams to improve medication-related outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, triage, and assign clinical pharmacy referrals to appropriate team members
- Communicate with pharmacies and insurance companies to resolve medication access barriers
- Prepare charts and schedule appointments for pharmacist-driven clinical programs
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current accredited pharmacy technician certification (such as PTCB)
- 3+ years' experience as a pharmacy technician
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
