Certified Pharmacy Technician Analyst
Job Summary
To support hospital pharmacy savings, the full-time remote Certified Pharmacy Technician Analyst will engage with customers, monitor savings performance, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the CostCheck platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive consistent engagement with customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment with savings objectives
- Monitor pharmacy savings performance and submit insights to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance tools, processes, and overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, pharmacy, healthcare management, or a related field
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) credentials preferred
- 3+ years of experience in hospital pharmacy purchasing or supply chain management
- Familiarity with pharmacy cost savings programs and group purchasing organizations (GPOs) preferred
- Experience in customer engagement or account management within healthcare systems
