Certified Pharmacy Technician Specialist
Job Summary
To support high-quality clinical engagement, the full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician Specialist will conduct telephonic medication consultations, execute Medication Therapy Management (MTM) initiatives, and coordinate patient care activities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Perform proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and adherence to medication programs
- Coordinate care activities to ensure timely access to medications and address barriers to medication access
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician certification and state license where applicable
- 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required
- Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to support medication-related processes
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance
