Job Summary
To support a growing Clinical Engagement Center, the full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician Specialist will conduct telephonic medication consultations, health education, and care coordination remotely, focusing on medication adherence and patient engagement strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Independently conduct Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and Stars Adherence initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Perform proactive patient outreach to improve engagement, adherence, and program participation
- Coordinate patient care activities to ensure timely access to medications and continuity of therapy
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician certification and state license where applicable
- 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required
- Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to support medication-related processes
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance
