Certified RCM Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Certified RCM Specialist will manage end-to-end revenue cycle functions, including insurance verification, billing, collections, and customer service, while also supporting RCM leadership with special projects and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned RCM activities in accordance with best practices and internal SOPs, including insurance verification and claims management
• Provide ongoing training and development to ensure team members are up-to-date on billing and coding procedures and compliance requirements
• Continuously evaluate RCM processes for inefficiencies and propose strategies to improve workflows and collection rates

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in dental office workflows and revenue cycle functions, including insurance verification and claims submission
• Knowledge of reimbursement and compliance processes with various payors
• Experience with practice management software and strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) credentials preferred
• Strong analytical skills with a proven attention to detail and organizational abilities
