Certified Rehabilitation Counselor
Job Summary
To support complex personal injury and catastrophic injury litigation cases, the full-time remote Vocational Consultant / Life Care Planner will conduct vocational assessments, analyze earning capacity, and prepare litigation reports while holding an active Certified Rehabilitation Counselor credential.
Key responsibilities
- Review medical, employment, education, and disability records to conduct vocational evaluations and standardized assessments
- Analyze earning capacity, wages, and labor market data, preparing detailed vocational reports and litigation documentation
- Develop Life Care Plans and assist with expert witness preparation for depositions and trials
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant vocational rehabilitation and forensic consulting experience
- Active Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) credential
- Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
