Certified Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the revenue cycle processes, the full-time Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Analyst will leverage advanced analytics and process improvement methodologies to identify and implement sustainable solutions across cross-functional teams, operating in a flexible remote environment with occasional onsite commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve hospital revenue cycle and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with IT, clinical departments, and administrative units to address complex challenges
• Utilize advanced analytics to deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, preferably in a large health system
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or analytics
• 2+ years of Epic experience in a leadership or analyst role
• CRCR certification required or must be obtained within 3-6 months
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
