Certified Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Revenue Cycle Process Improvement Analyst will identify and implement process improvements across the revenue cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing advanced analytics to optimize financial outcomes, with a flexible remote work arrangement and occasional onsite requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects by identifying process breakdowns and recommending corrective actions through various analytical methods
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of implemented process changes and make necessary adjustments
• Analyze current business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and develop process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures for optimization

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, preferably in a large health system, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or analytics
• 2+ years of Epic experience in a leadership or analyst role
• CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) certification required or must be obtained within 3-6 months
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and data analysis
