Certified Scrum Master
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Certified Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coordinate cross-team efforts in a remote environment while ensuring adherence to governance standards and Agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage Kanban boards while tailoring processes to various delivery methodologies
- Remove delivery impediments and coordinate dependencies to keep projects on track
- Partner with the Product Manager to ensure backlog readiness and protect work-commitment integrity across workstreams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Facilitator on software delivery or technology projects
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience facilitating delivery in hybrid environments that blend Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies
- Working proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and experience with project budget, scope, and risk management
