Certified Scrum Master
Job Summary
To support the United States Coast Guard TRIDENT program, a Certified Scrum Master will work remotely in a full-time capacity, facilitating Agile ceremonies, partnering with team leads to define sprint goals, and monitoring project metrics to ensure successful delivery of cloud-native web application solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Sprint Retrospectives
- Partner with the Product Owner and Project Manager to define sprint goals and deliverables
- Maintain Jira boards and track sprint metrics, identifying and removing impediments to team productivity
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a related Agile leadership role
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on best practices
- Strong understanding of sprint planning, backlog refinement, and capacity planning
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
