Certified Scrum Master
Job Summary
Seeking a self-started and highly motivated Certified Scrum Master, the full-time salaried position will facilitate agile practices and principles while supporting healthcare communication innovation, working remotely or from Atlanta, GA, or New York, NY.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring productivity and alignment with agile best practices
- Coach development teams and stakeholders in agile principles to foster continuous improvement and innovation
- Remove impediments affecting team productivity and collaborate with the Product team to maintain and groom the product backlog
Required qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling agile methodologies in software development environments
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
